LOR partners with over 200+ agencies and organizations who work together to provide helpful resources for children at critical times in their lives. We receive referrals from The Department of Social Services, title 1 schools, counselors, social workers, hospitals, other non-profits, foster parents, and churches. LOR does not take referrals from biological parents.

If you are working with at-risk youth/children in foster care and see that there is a need for basic necessities, please email to request a referral form. We would love to provide that child with a Care Kit.
