Care Kits

LOR distributed 5,100 Care Kits in 2025 to local children in crisis. These Care Kits are filled with two weeks' worth of clothing, new socks & underwear, shoes, pajamas, toiletries, school supplies, books and stuffed animals. These Care Kits help the children we serve feel valued and loved.

Just in Case Closets

LOR partners with nearly 90 Title 1 schools in the Lowcountry to provide emergency clothing closets. These closets include new shirts, pants, socks, underwear and toiletries. This program instills confidence and promotes a positive learning environment for the children we serve.

Children's Events

Our children’s events give the foster kids we serve an opportunity to spend quality time with their families in an affordable, stress-free environment. These events include Soaked and Smiles and A Night at the Stingrays.
